| -Female, not more than 28 yrs. Old -Single or Married -Degree holder in Computer & Electronics Technology -With solid experience being a Sales Associate -Responsible for checking the unit before giving recommendation to the client within warranty or outside warranty -Responsible for ink refilling and conversion packages -Assist in all sales transactions especially after sales services. -Compile the request for service report as basis of the Weekly Service Report. -Communicates with the customers for the status of the unit endorses to the service center. -Assist in the store inventory. -Reports defective items and facilitate the stock transfer with approval with outlet head. -Maintains the cleanliness, proper arrangement stocks and store display. -Assist in monitoring and providing immediate solution in all technical problems and concerns in the outlets. -Responsible for the inventory of parts and equipment used for the technical services. -Adheres to all company policies, procedures and code of discipline and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team. -Prepare the following reports: -Weekly Service Report -Monthly Service Report -Monthly Inventory of Parts -Must be willing to be assigned in KORONDAL branch | |
